We are looking for an experienced, energetic and results-driven Human Resources professional who can partner with the business to deliver outstanding results.
As Labour Relations Specialist you will act as strategic support to various business units within Luxembourg and Belgium. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of labor relations, labor law, performance management, talent management to successfully partner with our leaders in order to ensure the optimal functioning of their teams to meet business objectives.

Main responsibilities will include:

Deliver a comprehensive package of HR programs by interpreting corporate initiatives for business and local regulatory needs

Support and implement HR programs within businesses and local environment

Be accountable for the successful implementation of multiple programs simultaneously

Customize global programs to meet unique business/function needs as appropriate

Contribute to or lead country priority project teams

Represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders

Setting the direction on labor relations strategy and practices and business aligning with transformation and business strategies within the BeLux.

Leading the employee relations and the labor relations matters to support the life cycle of the Company within the BeLux market.

Communicate Human Resources policies to business leaders; work with business leaders to resolve employee issues, manage change, and drive programs.

Develop strategies and coach managers in resolving complex performance and misconduct issues

Direct and drive HR decisions on complex cases with significant financial and/or legal risk for the organizations supported

Actively participate in Labor Relations at local level while respecting the country Labor Relations strategy and plans

Fluency in English, Dutch & French are required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resourced, law or related field required

An MBA degree would be preferred

Min. 2-3 years of experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner

Experience supporting sales/commercial organizations would be preferred

Proven experience in Labor Relations and negotiations with work councils and labor unions required

Experience working with HR shared service centers

Energetic, can-do attitude

Ability to drive results, liaise with senior stakeholders and implement HR strategies on a national level

Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy & efficiency

Experience of working within large, multinational companies
