The Human Resources Coordinator will be
responsible for the coordination of assigned projects and processes to deliver
project performance, simplify processes, support the leadership teams and
escalate as necessary.

support plan development, monitor the progress and track open issues and risks

Prepare steering group and

Manage HR team meetings organization
(venue, content, decks, etc)

content (including posting beyond the HR portal, org. chart…)

Support the European Works Council

Alert Central Management (CM)
team members on their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables

Remind important task and
deadline to CM

Manage invoices and the
