Support and maintain applications provided by Carlson Wagonlit Travel as well as third parties

Investigate technical problems and their potential impact, seek out solutions to issues and take timely action to resolve them

Participate actively in projects related to maintenance, support and changes of Carlson Wagonlit Travel鈥檚 applications

Log and track client requests in the appropriate service management tools

Escalate client requests to appropriate internal or external teams

Constantly work and improve Client Satisfaction by performing all duties assigned, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing workload

Represent Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Client Integration Services in a professional and positive manner

Good organizational capabilities and mind set, ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments

Flexibility and availability for non-EMEA opening hours (24/5 is being considered)
