You will:
• Manage the use of office space according to CWT needs and legal requirements
• Cooperate with CWT internal departments and external companies to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
• Supply with stationery and spare parts for office equipment and facilities
• Supervise office equipment for their efficient functioning
• Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Edit the internal Administration communication in Polish and English
• Perform reception tasks
• Prepare the meeting room for visitors and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Obowiązki:
• Zarządzanie wykorzystaniem powierzchni biurowej zgodnie z potrzebami firmy i wymogami prawnymi
• Współpraca z działami spółki i firmami zewnętrznymi w celu zapewnienia sprawnego funkcjonowania biura
• Bieżące zaopatrywanie oddziału w artykuły biurowe i materiały eksploatacyjne do urządzeń biurowych, zakup artykułów BHP oraz produktów spożywczych
• Obsługa urządzeń biurowych i nadzór nad ich sprawnym funkcjonowaniem
• Odpowiedzialność za obieg dokumentów oraz zarządzanie korespondencja wychodzącą i przychodzącą
• Redagowanie pism w języku polskim i angielskim,
• codzienna obsługa recepcji oraz przyjmowanie gości zgodne z wyznaczonymi standardami
• Inne działania zlecone przez przełożonego
You have
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or in a customer service centre
• Ability to handle multi-cultural clientele
• English fluent: written and verbal
• Superior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
