Profil 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space, Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs…), Understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi, Experience working with large institutions, funds or capital allocators in Defi or Finance, Experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products, Exceptional organization and communication skills, Low-ego, high-ownership mindset.
