About Us
STARK is a new kind of defence technology company, revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe.
Your mission
You are the architect of the factory floor and the guardian of the lead time. As a Production and Capacity Planner, your job is to balance the "What we want to sell" with the "What we can actually make." You turn high-level forecasts into granular execution plans, ensuring that machines are humming, labor is optimized, and customers aren't left checking their watches.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
1. Production Orchestration
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, backlog, and inventory targets.
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure raw materials are on-site and ready for the line (
Release and track production orders, adjusting schedules in real-time to account for machine downtime or material shortages.
Plan inhouse part manufacturing
2. Capacity & Resource Analysis
Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to identify long-term bottlenecks before they become crises.
Calculate labor requirements and machine hours to meet demand, recommending overtime or shift changes when necessary.
3. Cross-Functional Synchronization
Act as the primary "bridge" between Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure everyone is working from the same playbook.
Manage inventory levels to hit the "Goldilocks zone"—enough to fulfill orders, but not so much that it ties up vital capital.
4. Development of planning tools
With your old knowledge of production planning you are shaping new tools to faster and easier way of planning production.
New ideas, AI, new tools all all welcome.
Qualifications
The Analytical Problem-Solver: You don't just see a delay; you see a data point. You can trace a bottleneck back to its source and model three different ways to fix it before lunch.

The Master Communicator: Your way of communicating is clear and precise, all stakeholders need to have the same understanding on planning.
Detail-Obsessed: You understand that a typo in a Bill of Materials (BOM) can stop a factory for a week.
You have some years of experience on similar roles
