Souvence is a fast-growing brand creating premium travel photo books with a strong emotional and visual positioning. We scale through Meta for now but also want to go to TikTok and Snap.
We are looking for a Creative Strategist to build, optimize and systemize our entire creative engine to generate winning ads weekly and support our international expansion.
Tasks

Conduct deep creative research (Foreplay, TikTok Creative Center, competitors, reviews).

Generate weekly concepts, hooks and angles based on data and psychology.

Prioritize ideas using the ICE method (Impact, Confidence, Ease).

Write full scripts and briefs for creators, ambassadors and editors.

Coordinate production with video and static editors to ensure high-volume output with precision.

Turn winning concepts into 20–50 variations quickly.

Document insights, learnings and patterns to improve the system.

Iterate fast based on data and trends.
Requirements

Excellent copywriting fundamentals (hooks, beliefs, levels of awareness).

Ability to read and interpret creative data

Experience with high-performing brands or agencies.

No ego, 100% performance-driven.

English required, French is a bonus.
