Our client is a unique glass lodge resort located in the heart of Northern Norway, offering unforgettable experiences surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and the magic of the Arctic. Their concept blends comfort, unique experiences, and nature — creating a truly special place to stay and work. They are currently looking for a Reception Manager to join their team from 1st of July until the end of April and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in this one-of-a-kind destination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily reception operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Lead, motivate, and direct the front office team.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

Maintain high standards of presentation and service.

Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Adapt quickly to changing situations and operational needs.

Meet deadlines and solve problems efficiently, often under pressure.

Has experience in a reception or hospitality management role.
