System Administrator

The job responsibilities are structured in detail as follows:

• Management of modern IT systems, troubleshooting and resolution of malfunctions;
• Analysis and resolution of system errors during operation (L1 & L2 support);
• Further development and implementation of the IT infrastructure;
• Monitoring of the IT infrastructure Installation and independent commissioning of infrastructure systems as well as their documentation and preparation for operation;
• Ensuring the operation of hardware and software applications, including manual and automatic updates;
• User management for special applications Asset and infrastructure management: Ensuring the current data inventory for the installed hardware, software, licenses and maintenance contracts Communication with customers and subcontractors regarding operational service aspects and incident management;
