Core responsibilities:

Review and negotiate contracts in order to enable the business to move quickly while managing risk

Advise teams on various regulatory matters in order to ensure compliant product and business decisions

Deliver legal opinions and guidance in order to support internal stakeholders across functions

Draft policies and procedures in order to strengthen internal governance

Run internal trainings in order to increase legal awareness across the company

Identify gaps in processes in order to improve how the Legal function operates
