Job description
Who we are
Softr is the first AI-native platform for building business apps such as internal tools and client portals, without any code.
If you’re interested in being on the cutting edge of technology and advancing your career at a fast-growing, lean, impact-driven company, then read on…
We launched Softr in 2020 with a single vision: to give 1 billion business users the ability to build the tools they need — without relying on developers, without learning to code.
Softr is now powering over 1 million builders worldwide - including companies like Netflix, Google, Stripe, UPS, and Clay, who build and run the systems that power their business operations.
We’re a fully remote, distributed, and diverse team of curious, ambitious, and driven individuals.
Tasks
The role
We're looking for a Partnership Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem, starting with two core areas: agency partnerships and technology/integration partners (Make, Zapier, Notion, etc). Your mission: drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations and scalable partner programs.
This isn’t a "sit back and strategize" role—we need a builder, a closer, and someone who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments.
What You’ll Do
-
Own and scale our agency and tech/integration partnership programs end-to-end.
-
Identify, pitch, and close new partners that align with our go-to-market strategy.
-
Onboard new partners and provide them with the necessary resources and support to succeed with Softr.
-
As partners' main point of contact, build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
-
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership efforts with broader growth objectives.
-
Set KPIs, report on partner performance, and iterate quickly based on what’s working.
-
Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to identify areas for improvement, run experiments, and achieve set KPIs for revenue growth.
-
Represent Softr at industry events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
-
3–6 years of experience of partnerships/GTM/business development roles—ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment.
-
Great candidates can come from diverse backgrounds - ex-partnership/GTM/Solution Engineers, ex-agency owners from the no-code/automation space, etc.
-
Proven track record of sourcing and growing revenue - from partnership initiatives, from working with clients as an agency owner or similar.
-
Strong understanding of the SaaS/tech landscape and/or agency business models.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-
A builder’s mindset: bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, focused on outcomes.
-
A strong technical foundation - you’re fluent in no-code tools (bonus if you’ve already built in Softr… and if you have, you should share what you've built!)
