In the role of Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Specialist, you will take ownership over our influencer marketing efforts. You’ll work hands-on with creator sourcing, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, collaborating closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams.
Tasks
- Own the CZ & SK influencer marketing end-to-end, with full accountability for performance, growth, and market impact
- Scale our influencer ecosystem, managing not only day-to-day collaborations but also our top-tier ambassadors
- Drive high-impact campaigns from concept to execution, including sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, briefing, and performance optimization - with a clear focus on revenue and ROI
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with high-value creators, turning them into brand ambassadors and repeat revenue drivers
- Own and optimize the influencer budget, ensuring efficient allocation across all activities
- Continuously experiment with new formats, platforms, and creator models, bringing innovative ideas that unlock growth and competitive advantage
- Leverage data, tracking impact, and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally (performance marketing, brand, content) to ensure influencer activities are fully integrated into broader marketing strategy
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape, positioning snuggs as a leading brand in influencer marketing within CZ & SK
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales driven influencer marketing position, or a related field

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including content performance and basic metrics

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in working directly with creators and partners

Genuine interest in social media platforms and creator-led marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

A proactive, curious mindset, eagerness to learn and test new approaches

Fluency in Czech and English
