**Your responsibilities聽**

Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) activities across multiple SMG brands, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.

Own the Google Ads best practices and expertise while contributing to and supporting other performance marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display, when required聽聽

Act as a strategic consultant to Business Units, advising on performance marketing best practices tailored to their specific business models, including conversion strategy, campaign structure, actionable recommendations and growth opportunities

Own and streamline the operational workflow across Business Units by managing incoming requests, prioritising and assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery through clear timelines, while acting as the central point of contact with Data teams to coordinate data-related initiatives for accurate and scalable execution.聽

Drive performance through a strong data-driven and experimentation mindset by establishing and scaling structured testing frameworks to identify optimisation opportunities, improve incrementality, and unlock new growth levers.聽
