The Performance Marketing Manager is a central function within Group Marketing, where you will work with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG business units and join a team of digital and performance marketing experts.
Your responsibilities

You will plan, manage and optimise the Search Engine Advertising efforts for various SMG brands

You will work with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and are willing to step in for other channels when required

You will drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset

You are comfortable challenging the status quo and will actively contribute to the optimisation of the processes and workflows

You will work together with our brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure the implementation of digital marketing best practices

You will work with different marketing professionals, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities
