Your Main Tasks:

Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the end-to-end consumer and private lister journey, from discovery to transaction.

Define and execute a clear, opinionated product strategy for consumers, grounded in marketplace dynamics such as liquidity, trust, and conversion.

Drive measurable improvements in demand-side performance, including engagement, lead quality, conversion, and retention.

Partner closely with commercial leadership to accelerate growth of the private listers segment and unlock new value pools.

Design and continuously evolve team topology and ownership domains aligned to strategy, not legacy structures.

Establish rigorous OKRs and an effective operating cadence, linking product bets to business impact with clear success and stop criteria.

Build a high-velocity, insight-driven product culture by leveraging experimentation, data, and AI to shorten learning loops.

Coach and develop Product Managers into top-tier product leaders, raising the bar on product craft, judgment, and accountability.

Represent the consumer domain in executive and board-level discussions, shaping company-wide priorities.

Own a critical revenue and growth driver within the business unit.

Influence cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, and commercial functions.
