Your Mission
As a **Finance Process Specialist **in Process & Quality Management and Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finance processes, strong internal controls, and reliable billing and data management across SMG Real Estate. This role allows you to drive process improvements, enhance data quality, support and optimize billing processes, and take ownership of operational billing tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to our overarching goals and mission. Specifically, you will work on:

Maintaining and improving finance process documentation, internal control documentation (IKS, audit), and control matrices

Monitoring and enhancing data quality through dashboards, reporting, and analysis (e.g., billing, customer data)

Supporting operational finance activities, including billing processes, dunning, and handling finance-related cases

Ensuring accurate invoicing and running monthly closing processes (invoice run)

Identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives
