We are looking for an Executive Lead Management B2B (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will own and optimize the end-to-end B2B lead management process, analyzing conversion funnels, refining lead scoring models, and improving lead routing to maximize sales performance. **YOUR ROLE AT SIXT聽**

You own聽end-to-end聽lead management for our B2B Sales Division,聽optimizing聽lead generation, allocation, and prioritization to maximize revenue and聽conversion rates聽

You聽identify聽and evaluate new lead sources and channels, continuously expanding our corporate customer pipeline聽

You聽optimize聽lead allocation processes to ensure the right leads reach the right sales teams at the right time, maximizing conversion efficiency聽

You聽monitor聽and analyze聽lead performance metrics (volume, quality scores, conversion rates, revenue per lead, time-to-conversion) and implement data-driven improvements聽

You聽partner聽closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams to refine lead scoring, routing logic, and qualification processes聽
YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience: Proven experience in B2B lead management, marketing operations, or sales operations, with hands-on ownership of corporate lead pipelines

Performance & Optimization: Strong track record in optimizing lead funnels, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue growth through lead quality, scoring, and allocation strategies

Data & Processes: Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems, lead scoring models, and translating data insights into scalable process improvements; experience with AI-driven automation is a plus

Soft Skills: Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and tech teams to implement lead management initiatives and deliver measurable impact

Language & Education: Fluent in English to collaborate with international stakeholders; German is a plus; Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
