As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

Offer solutions to customers that need assistance with financial and credit card services

Provide customer service through phone communication

Enrich customer experience by listening attentively to their needs and concerns, aiming for first call resolution when possible

Build meaningful relationships, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Native or proficient level of French (C2) (mandatory)
-
Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written (mandatory)

Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills

Computer literate

A motivated and enthusiastic personality

Commercial behavior

Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills

Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations

Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers

Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal (work on site)
