Develop and implement annual planning in line with the Group strategy; scale up to a resilient management model

Operational management of both locations with a focus on service quality, efficiency, and margin management with high order volumes

Maintain and expand key customer relationships; develop new partnerships and vertical segments

Support and drive the implementation of a group-wide ERP system

Lead, develop, and retain the team and strengthen a performance- and serviceoriented culture

Close international cooperation with Group entities in France, Italy and Switzerland, sharing best practices and leveraging synergies in sourcing, R&D, and service development within a matrix structure

Networking with internal and external stakeholders; maintain and expand strategic customer relationships

Extensive experience in industrial service business (repair/refurbishment/technical service), ideally with multi-site responsibility

In-depth P&L expertise in service-oriented environments with precise margin control; proven track record of growth in medium-sized companies

Technical background (preferred); experience in electronics and/or motor services advantageous

Fluent in German and English; French desirable
