We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who takes real ownership, loves building long-term relationships, and wants to be part of the reason our zero-churn record stays intact.
In this role, you will be the key driver of customer happiness, from the moment a new retailer signs all the way through their long-term growth with claim.me.
The essence of your role:
- You lead the rollout for every new customer, from contract signature to full go-live.
- You own the regular KPI reviews, proactive check-ins, and make sure customers always get value from a product that keeps evolving. Zero churn is our baseline, and your job is to keep it that way.
- Our product evolves fast. You make sure customers are always getting maximum value from every update and new feature, acting as a genuine partner rather than just a support contact.
- You are on the front line. The customer insights you gather directly shape our product roadmap.
