Venture Development Analyst (f/m/d)

We are Metrify Smart Metering, Germany’s largest competitive smart metering operator, and a new strategic spin-off initiative by Enpal.

While Metrify emerged from Enpal, we now operate independently in the market, serving a broad range of commercial customers, energy suppliers, and municipal utilities.

What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, translating pain points into scalable, standardized workflows

• Design and implement pragmatic solutions (e.g., automations, data pipelines, self-service tools)

• Ensure process stability in a fast-growing, high-complexity environment

• Identify and drive automation opportunities to increase efficiency

• Establish clear data structures, KPIs, and dashboards as a single source of truth

• Generate data-driven insights to uncover bottlenecks and define improvement measures

• Collaborate closely with Product & Tech, including requirements definition, project management, and end-to-end ownership

What you'll bring

• Up to 2 years of experience in a scaling-focused role such as Operations/Strategy, Venture Building, (Tech) Consulting, RevOps/Business Ops, Product Ops, or Data/Analytics with a strong business focus

• Hands-on low-code automation experience (e.g., Make.com, n8n), with a proven track record of building and rolling out workflows, integrations, or internal tools end-to-end

• Strong understanding of integrations and system landscapes, including APIs/webhooks, AI agents, and common tooling stacks (CRM, ticketing systems, data warehouses, product/backend systems)

• Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving and strong ownership (driving topics from ambiguity to execution)

• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or modeling is a bonus (including debugging and performance awareness)

• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus
