.
The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive production planning and scheduling in a regulated (GMP) environment, ensuring continuity of supply, optimization of inventory levels, and efficient utilization of production capacities, while actively supporting initiatives aimed at improving planning and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop short-, mid-, and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and available production capacities

Create and update production schedules, taking into account technological and quality constraints as well as the availability of raw and packaging materials

Perform capacity analysis (RCCP/CRP) to ensure order fulfillment and minimize the risk of shortages

Monitor daily execution of the production plan and implement corrective actions in response to deviations

Closely cooperate with Production, Quality, Local and Global Supply Chain teams

Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process – preparing data, scenario analyses, and recommendations

Support scheduling of new product introductions (NPI), intercompany transfers, and technological changes

Monitor and analyse KPIs (OTIF, inventory levels, inventory turnover, capacity utilization, schedule adherence)

Identify bottlenecks and initiate optimization actions within the supply chain

Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean initiatives, planning optimization, digitalization)

Ensure compliance of planning processes with GMP requirements and quality procedures
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain (Production Planning, Procurement, Demand Planning) in a manufacturing company
-
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetics, or FMCG industry will be an advantage

University degree (preferably technical, Supply Chain, engineering, or economics)

Very good knowledge of ERP systems – practical experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred

Knowledge of APS planning tools – experience with Kinaxis Maestro will be considered an additional asset

Practical experience in the S&OP process

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets

Ability to identify risks and develop alternative planning scenarios

Knowledge of planning processes: MRP, MPS, inventory management, planning parameters

English at professional level
