Your Mission
As an R&D Engineer, you contribute to the development of advanced wireless communication solutions in MF and HF that position Securitas Technology as a key player in the global mission-critical communication market.
Your responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation

Design and develop innovative communication solutions (hardware & software)

Define specifications, build concepts and simulations

Ensure compliance with international standards (ITU, IMO, NATO, ICAO, etc.)
Prototyping & Testing

Develop and validate prototypes

Perform verification, measurements and qualification testing

Define and execute test plans (functional, RF, compliance)
Product Lifecycle & Documentation
-
Create technical documentation (manuals, training materials, product files)

Support product training and internal knowledge sharing

Ensure long-term product support and lifecycle consistency
Business Support
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners (contract manufacturers, advisors, international organizations)
