As a VMS Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing complex Video Management Systems (VMS) and integrated security solutions. You will work closely with engineering, pre-sales, project management, and service teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, install, and maintain VMS and integrated electronic security solutions

Support pre-sales teams with technical expertise and solution design

Create detailed low-level technical designs and documentation

Troubleshoot incidents and ensure fast resolution while respecting SLA commitments

Collaborate with project managers, service desk teams, and engineers on customer projects

Ensure cybersecurity and Securitas policies are respected within all solutions
-
Participate in on-call/support activities when required

Identify operational improvements and contribute to process optimization

Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to colleagues and customers

Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and time registration
