About the role
At Securitas Technology, we are looking for a Contract Management Officer to strengthen our Operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper follow-up of all service contracts across the organization.
Your responsibilities:
Contract & Administration

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts: creation, updates, and termination

Ensure all contract data is accurate, complete, and up to date in internal systems

Handle order intake and contract-related documentation (archiving, compliance, follow-up)

Support billing activities, including contract invoicing

Manage subcontractors and software licenses linked to service contracts
Business Support & Analysis

Analyze leads and redirect them to the appropriate team or business unit

Provide contract-related insights to support operational and commercial decisions

Evaluate contract changes and assess operational impact
Reporting & Monitoring

Monitor operational performance of services (maintenance, subscriptions, connections, etc.)

Track planned vs executed activities

Ensure consistency between active contracts and services delivered
Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding contract information

Support customers with contractual and financial questions

Assist in onboarding and offboarding of contracts by ensuring accurate data
