Support qualification, evaluation and development of new and existing suppliers in all quality- and process-related topics.

Perform and support supplier audits, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up of corrective actions.

Handle supplier part deviations: conduct risk assessments, initiate and monitor immediate containment actions, verify long-term corrective measures, and review 8D reports for effectiveness.

Contribute to improvement of internal procedures and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Participate in workplace risk assessments and contribute to defining and implementing measures to eliminate or reduce safety risks.

Conduct or support HSE trainings, safety inspections and internal HSEQ-related communication.

Ensure compliance with internal standards, operating instructions and legislative requirements related to quality, health, safety, and environment.

Technical education (secondary or university), preferably mechanical or electrical engineering.

At least years of experience in quality, supplier development, production or HSE.

Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5Why, QRQC.

Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001; experience with audits is an advantage.

Strong analytical and coordination skills, ability to work independently.

High attention to detail, structured and solution-oriented work style.

Effective communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments.

Good command of Czech and English

Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%).
