For our location in Korbach, we are looking to fill the position of Warehouse Administrator / SAP Key User at the earliest possible date.Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and assignment of warehouse orders to warehouse staff and tracking of processing status

• First point of contact via phone or email for clients, customers, customer IT departments, freight forwarders, and on-site first contact for drivers (trucks and parcel service providers)

• Posting of inbound and outbound transactions in the warehouse management system SAP EWM

• Archiving of shipping documents

• Participation in regular stock checks and inventory counts

• Preparation of KPIs for daily coordination (previous day review, order situation for upcoming days)

• Tracking and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

Various administrative tasks, including:

• Acting as first-level support contact for operations in case of WMS-related issues

• Control and monitoring of daily system postings

• Participation in the improvement of business processes and/or systems (SAP EWM – Extended Warehouse Management) with a focus on increasing efficiency

• Collaboration with warehouse controllers as well as outbound and inbound teams

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training, e.g. in logistics services and warehouse management, or a comparable qualification

• Good knowledge of goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping processes

• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility

• Reliable and independent working style

• Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience

• Good knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Experience with warehouse management software (preferably SAP EWM or other WMS systems) and a good understanding of IT systems in an operational environment

• Good communication skills in German and English are desirable

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification

• At least 3 years of relevant professional and/or project experience

• Very good command of German and English

• High level of initiative and strong analytical skills

• Solution-oriented, hands-on working approach
