• Management of the operational team

• Analysis of weekly KPI reports and rolling forecasts to monitor operational performance

• Timely implementation of crisis management for the optimal solution of complex operational problems

• Organization of regular customer meetings to manage, evaluate and improve cooperation and to exchange information on problems, measures taken, projects and developments

• Identification of opportunities for business expansion

• Direct reporting to the SDS management

• Ensuring operational efficiency

• Implementation of business requirements into efficient operational processes

• Responsibility for the operating P&L account

• Identification and implementation of potential cost savings during ongoing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor‘s/Master’s Degree in Logistics/SCM

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience

• Experience in tire storage, personnel management and P&L

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Experience with ERP and WMS systems (preferably SAP)

• Good knowledge of English and German

• Operational management skills combined with leadership skills

• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness

• Vision and a strong hands-on mentality
