The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently, SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. We are looking for a Technical L2 Support Specialist with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to join our team. Experience in user identity and authentication domains is a plus. Candidates with a background in Development, QA, or DevOps are highly encouraged to apply.

Provide L2 technical support for SAP ID Service and SAP UID

Support Service Provider Onboarding for SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service

Manage Service User Support in SAP for Me

Engage with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality support delivery
What you bring

Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Experience or familiarity with identity management systems preferred

Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno is highly appreciated

The CIM Competence Centre Team is responsible for SAP ID as a service, which includes onboarding new Applications and Providing Services for Existing ones. The Team is also providing L3 support for SAP UID and S- User management process in the scope of SAP for Me
