Job description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you’ll build
In your role as Security Compliance Learning and Awareness Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and delivering the following key activities:
• Develop new security compliance trainings in collaboration with team members, including project preparation, alignment with stakeholders and subject matter experts, creation of training content, coordination of testing and translations, WoC alignment, and training launch.
• Create attractive and engaging promotional assets (e.g. banners, visuals, short texts, teasers, emails, presentations, videos) to support campaigns and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with campaign owners to ensure content accuracy while optimizing engagement and maximizing the reach, visibility, and adoption of campaigns and enablement materials across SAP.
• Apply marketing and communication best practices to drive attention, engagement, and participation, rather than simply “publishing content.”
• Analyze reach and engagement metrics (e.g. views, clicks, participation) and continuously improve promotion strategies based on insights.
What you bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Min. 3+ years of relevant work experience in developing corporate trainings, campaigns, or enablement materials
• Strong understanding of marketing, communication, and engagement principles in an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to create compelling, audience‑focused content and promotional assets
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, relevant, and engaging messaging
• Creativity, visual sense, and experience with content (e.g. Canva) or learning tools (e.g. Articulate is a plus)
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge is an advantage; strong communication skills are essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Fluent English language skills
• Empathy and a good sense of humor
Where you belong
SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance’s mission is to manage security and compliance risks for SAP. We do this by reinforcing a security and compliance-first culture, by aligning people, processes and technology to protect customer business operations, the company and its employees. The Security Awareness & Enablement unit drives Human Risk, and enables security and compliance across SAP. As much as we’re ensuring SAP compliance on the awareness and training aspect, our mission strives to raise security mindset, engage the workforce and support behavioral changes with a stronger security culture.
