At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you'll build:
- Independently manage detailed meeting and travel arrangements, including calendaring meetings, conference calls, booking venues, handling catering needs, and preparing expense reports.
- Conduct correspondence in German and English, both internal and external, and create/monitor purchase orders for office materials, business cards, and third-party purchases. This includes master data creation/administration, shopping cart creation, and reporting/tracking on purchase orders.
- Manage shared drives and communities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as executives and board members.
- Assist with various projects and activities, including planning and executing internal and external events, and provide ad hoc support within the Supply Chain Management Team.
- Ensure effective customer communication and support the preparation for customer meetings.
What you bring:
- Several years of relevant experience in roles requiring high confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgment, particularly with C-level executives.
- Advanced problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with exceptional proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent fluency in both English and German, with strong communication, interpersonal, and liaison skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a strong commitment to quality, taking initiative and demonstrating team spirit.
- Experience in reporting, cost center monitoring, event management, and executing marketing campaigns is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred, and a profound knowledge of company operations and organizational procedures is essential.
What we offer:
- Exciting Learning & Development opportunities within a dynamic team.
- Direct collaboration with executives at all levels of SAP and deep insights into strategic projects.
- Expand your network through collaboration with experts and like-minded individuals.
- Close collaboration in a triad structure with CRO, backoffice and you as the assistant, with daily sync-ups on upcoming tasks and joint organization of the workday.
- Be part of a closely-knit team of assistants within our sector, offering mutual support and assistance.
