Overview of the Role:
Slack is the leading agent-powered platform for work — used by millions to align teams, unify systems, and drive businesses forward. As an Account Executive for Slack in Denmark, you will manage complex enterprise sales cycles, translating customer challenges and business objectives into compelling, value-based propositions at both operational and executive level. You will act as a trusted Slack platform expert, collaborating closely with internal teams and partners to deliver outstanding outcomes for your customers.
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across assigned accounts in Denmark, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth

Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners

Identify and develop new opportunities across your territory, formalizing a go-to-market strategy and qualified target account list

Drive growth and expansion within existing assigned accounts, sharing the Slack and Salesforce value proposition
Required Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated experience managing complex, full-cycle SaaS or technology sales, including account planning, discovery, solutioning, and commercial negotiation

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels — from business line owners to C-suite — using written, verbal, and presentation formats

Proven ability to lead team selling motions, coordinating internal and external resources to support deal progression and customer success

Fluent in Danish and English, with the right to work in Denmark
Preferred Qualifications:

Formal sales methodology training or certification

Experience developing strategic alliances and managing partner-involved sales cycles

Prior experience selling collaboration, productivity, or platform technology solutions
