Mission:
Your main mission as Shipping Officer is to ensure the coordination of administrative processes related to the shipment of goods. You guarantee the proper management of the required documents, communication with carriers, and compliance with shipping deadlines, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsabilities:
Administrative management:
You prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, certificates of origin, etc.);
You ensure the registration and archiving of shipment-related data in IT systems;
You monitor orders and update shipment information.
Logistics coordination:
You plan deliveries in collaboration with carriers and internal teams;
You ensure that shipments comply with customs and local regulations;
You ensure the traceability of shipments and manage possible delays or irregularities.
Customer service:
You communicate with customers to provide them with information about their shipments;
You handle complaints or requests related to deliveries;
You maintain positive relationships with carriers and partners.
Process optimization:
You identify opportunities to improve administrative shipping procedures;
You collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with the EN9100 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard;
Performing rigorous self-checks to guarantee the quality and conformity of the work;
Transferring your skills and knowledge to new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support;
Complying with safety, health, and environmental rules;
Reporting risks and applying procedures to prevent incidents.
