Mission:
Your main mission as Program Commercial Support Specialist is to support the commercial management of programs, ensure contract and obligation follow-up, and contribute to the preparation of bids and commercial reporting.
Responsabilities:
Participate in the management of individual programs as a team member, acting as a deputy of the Program Manager:
Be in charge of the administration of the entire sales process (order-to-cash process), in support of the Program Manager: ordering, invoicing, claims, etc.;
Follow up and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled;
Act as an information source and ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures and certification requirements;
Prepare internal/external contract reviews;
Gather all information regarding commercial risks;
Ensure contractual and commercial reporting;
Manage the PLT data.
Participate in the commercial process management at Corporate level:
Provide information for commercial KPIs and be responsible for reporting to the Program Commercial Support team manager.
Act as deputy of the Bid Managers in the “fast track” bidding process, from the RFQ to contract finalization:
Manage offers in the database;
Manage Bid Manager at BU level;
Transfer data into the customer template in a timely manner;
Write modifications in the commercial proposal and negotiate the proposal.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with the EN9100 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard;
Performing rigorous self-checks to guarantee the quality and conformity of the work;
Transferring your skills and knowledge to new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support;
Complying with safety, health, and environmental rules;
Reporting risks and applying procedures to prevent incidents.
Profile:
Education / Experience:
Education: You have completed higher education, preferably a bachelor’s degree in commercial sciences.
Desired experience: You have initial professional administrative experience, working with managers and customers.
Competencies:
Soft Skills:
You have good commercial sense, strong analytical skills, and a sense for business and contracts ;
You are able to combine a hands-on attitude with strategic thinking
You have affinities and the ability to understand technical issues and industrial setups (an advantage).
Technical: You have knowledge of B2B contract legal aspects, acquired in a technical environment (a plus).
Languages: You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
IT skills: You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
