Your main mission as a Painting & Treatment Preparer is to prepare, treat, and finish the surfaces of metallic or synthetic parts in accordance with technical and safety standards, in order to ensure optimal quality of the applied surface treatments (paint, varnish, lacquer, nickel, chrome, etc.).聽聽

Responsabilities:聽聽

Prepare part surfaces (stripping, sandblasting, shot peening, chemical baths);聽
Treat surfaces according to technical instructions (application of paint, varnish, nickel, chrome, etc.);聽
Perform finishing and finalisation tasks (polishing, touch-ups, quality control);聽
Hang or remove parts from handling frames;聽
Monitor and control the quality of the applied treatments;聽
Strictly follow safety and hygiene procedures;聽
Operate manual, semi-automatic, automatic, and robotic equipment in compliance with technical standards.聽
