Mission:
Your main mission as CNC Milling Machine Operator is machining metal parts on conventional lathes and CNC machines.
Responsabilities:

Analyse the drawing of the part to be machined;
-
Identify the machining phases;
-
Fit cutting tools;
-
Choose the fixture and set up the machine;
-
Load and use the numerical control program where applicable;
-
Monitor the work of the machine;
-
Measure the dimensions of the parts produced.
You are responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with the EN9100 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard;

Performing rigorous self-checks to guarantee the quality and conformity of the work;

Transferring your skills and knowledge to new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.
Profile:
Soft Skills:

You are meticulous, tidy, careful, and a team player.

You are fluent in French and/or Dutch.

Knowledge of technical English is an asset.
Technical:

You have basic knowledge of CNC programming;

You are able to read and interpret drawings;

You can carry out workshop calculations (cutting speed, etc.);

You are proficient in using standard dimensional measuring instruments.
