The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, value-driven products. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance, while ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership & Coaching: Guide teams through Agile maturity stages, facilitate key ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retros, etc.), and promote a culture of feedback and learning.

Delivery Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to align on goals, manage risks, and ensure timely, quality delivery using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.

Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers, facilitate decision-making, and escalate issues when needed.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure delivery of business value.

Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives, implement process enhancements, and embed quality practices to improve team performance and delivery metrics.

Agile Governance: Define and evolve team Ways of Working, including DoR/DoD, workflows, and collaboration policies.
Requirements

Proven experience leading Agile teams in a delivery-focused environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).

Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Strong communication and reporting skills.
Nice to have:

Experience working in scaled Agile environments.

Familiarity with product lifecycle management and Agile metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, etc.).
