We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our upstream Supply Chain team on a 9鈥憁onth Fixed Term Contract.
This role combines supply planning and material control responsibilities, reflecting the structure of a small and agile team. You will ensure that materials and components are ordered, tracked and delivered on time, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities and ensure purchase orders are placed on time

Monitor inbound materials and supplier deliveries

Track international shipments, including sea freight

Maintain accurate purchasing and supply chain data in planning systems

Identify and follow up on delivery issues or shortages

Prepare reports related to orders, inventory and supplier performance

Collaborate with stakeholders such as Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Production
