Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded, tracked, and aligned with departmental KPIs

Verify technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are booked

Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries within agreed service level timescales

Support the full process from quotation through to order booking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Work collaboratively within a large customer service team to achieve shared objectives

Liaise closely with External Sales Teams and the Service Department to ensure alignment and smooth operations
