As Country Leader, you will report directly into regional leadership and act as the senior point of accountability for all functions in the country—whether through solid or dotted lines. You will shape and execute the country strategy, align teams behind the Growth+ agenda, and ensure that commercial, operational, financial, and people outcomes are delivered in harmony. This role requires a leader who can operate strategically while staying close to customers, teams, and performance.
