Rotork is seeking a technically strong, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across the Chemical, Process & Industrial (CPI) markets in EMEA. This is a strategic, customer‑facing role focused on identifying early‑stage project opportunities, influencing specifications, and positioning Rotork as the preferred partner for electric actuation, gears and instrumentation solutions.
You will report to the Head of Strategy for the EMEA CPI team and operate within a highly collaborative matrix structure. The role works closely with regional sales teams, product managers and senior leadership to ensure aligned strategy, coordinated customer engagement and successful execution of growth initiatives.
