Your Role
As Change Manager, you will report to the Head of Change Management. You will own the site's change and project pipeline, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, adoption of new processes, and standardization of practices. You will partner with stakeholders across local and central teams to align resources, monitor progress, and deliver sustainable improvements.

Your Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead the project management office to track progress, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes
Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to align resources, scope, and priorities
Process Optimization: Provide input to process improvement, innovation roadmaps, and best-practice standardization
Operational Support: Support site operations during peak demand by problem-solving and metrics reporting
Pipeline Ownership: Own the project and program pipeline for the site
What We Look For
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in change management, logistics, or supply chain
Competencies: Proven project and stakeholder management skills
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills
Flexibility: Flexibility to work during shifts, weekends, and peak periods
Education: MBA or relevant university degree is a plus
Certifications: Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage
