As a paid search聽specialist, your aim is to generate high聽quality聽traffic to Rituals鈥櫬爋mni聽channels (WEB/APP聽&聽retail) by growing our online聽visibility聽within 30+ countries. In this role, you will be responsible for聽managing聽big budgets to聽run聽Search and Shopping campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. Using your experience in search engine advertising, you will design and implement targeted campaigns that ensure our ads reach the right audience at the right time.聽

Effectively manage, optimize, and innovate聽our current聽and future campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, maintaining a healthy ROAS.聽聽

Analyze results to spot optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions.聽

Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for future strategies.聽

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, marketing, display, paid聽social) internally to develop and implement paid search strategies that align well with the overall business goals and vision.聽

Maintain relationships with external partners, such as Google or media agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.聽

Continuously (A/B) test new features, formats, or strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and share knowledge internally.聽

Contribute to team success by enhancing processes and best practices.聽
You will be joining the Digital Marketing team within the Digital聽department. In your day-to-day, you will work together with our聽other聽paid search specialist聽and SEM lead,聽but聽you鈥檒l聽also become part of the team with all our paid channel specialists.
