The Marketing Tech Business Analyst role sits in the Store & Marketing domain, reporting to the Head of Product, and serves as a crucial link between business goals, technical solutions, and system performance. As a Business Analyst, you collaborate with stakeholders across departments to聽analyse聽end-to-end business processes within your domain, gather and translate requirements,聽identify聽improvement opportunities, and support the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.聽
You will be at the heart of both optimising existing marketing tooling and driving the implementation of聽new technologies, ensuring that systems, processes, and data flows are future-proof and aligned with business ambitions.聽

As a Marketing Tech Business Analyst, you will:聽

Analyse聽and improve聽end-to-end marketing processes and data flows聽聽

Key responsibilities聽

Business & Process Analysis聽where you聽own end-to-end process mapping (campaign聽&聽promotion聽processes, content聽workflows) and translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.聽

Tooling聽Optimisation聽where you improve聽the adoption聽and performance of existing mar-tech by聽optimising聽workflows, integrations, and data usage, and by partnering with marketing teams to聽maximise聽value.聽

Implementation of聽new聽technologies, in which you support selection through rollout of new tools by coordinating vendors, IT, and architecture, and by defining the target process and data flows.聽

Stakeholder Management聽where you聽drive alignment across Marketing, Tech, Data, and external partners by translating between business and technical needs and聽facilitating聽decisions on scope and priorities.聽

Testing & Quality Assurance聽in which you聽define聽and execute testing, develop test聽cases,聽validate聽data and integrations, support聽UAT,聽maintain聽test suites, and track聽defects聽through to resolution.聽聽
