In true RED style, your role goes beyond traditional service. You are part of the Front of House experience, supporting across different areas including restaurant service, Meetings & Events, and our Sky Bar. You will:

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience

Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, bringing personality and energy to every interaction

Take orders, serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately, maintaining high service standards

Confidently recommend menu items and beverages, including wine, to enhance the guest experience

Support service across different outlets, including M&E, restaurant and bar areas as needed

Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service flow during busy periods

Collaborate closely with your team and other departments to deliver a seamless experience
