You will learn to:

Support the daily operations across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering.

Work closely with the Management Team on operational and strategic topics.

Analyze operational performance (guest satisfaction, productivity, service flow) and identify improvement opportunities.

Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and guest experience.

Act as a link between operations and management, ensuring clear communication and execution.

Take on Duty Management shifts, gaining responsibility on the floor and acting as a point of contact.

Handle guest feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Support in planning, reporting, and optimizing operational processes.

Learn how decisions are made on a management level and how they translate into the day-to-day operation.
