We are now searching for a聽Cluster IT Manager聽covering our Oslo hotels and Area Support Office. You will work in a fast-paced聽environment and be a part of a聽great聽IT team with colleagues all around Europe. The position is based in聽Oslo.

This role is critical to hotel operations and guest experience. You will ensure stable, secure, and compliant IT environments while working closely with hotel management, external IT partners, and central IT teams.

The聽IT function is considered a support function to the primary operation of the company. It is therefore important that the Cluster IT Manager views his/her position in that light and acts as a service function within the聽organization.聽
Key Responsibilities:

Execution of established Hotel IT Activities to ensure smooth operation of our hotels.聽

Own end鈥憈o鈥慹nd IT operations across assigned hotels and support offices, ensuring compliance with Radisson Hotel Group IT standards, security policies, and SOPs

System administration and operation, license management and vendor coordination.

Overview and Management of User IT Support; working with External Partners to ensure quality of all levels of service.

Deliver and coordinate IT projects (infrastructure, systems, upgrades, and openings) and oversee IT asset lifecycle (servers, workstations, POS, network equipment)

Participate in IT budgeting, planning, cost control and CAPEX processes.

Maintain IT documentation and SOPs to support audits and compliance (PCI鈥慏SS, GDPR, data protection)
