In our wine-led Sky Bar and in our ground floor bar, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience - from recommending the perfect glass of wine to creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. You will:

Deliver exceptional bar service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and engaging experience

Confidently recommend, serve and upsell wines and beverages, creating a personalised experience for guests

Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere, bringing energy and personality to every interaction

Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and to a high standard, maintaining consistency and quality

Engage with guests, building rapport and enhancing their overall experience

Work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods

Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the bar area at all times

Support stock control and ensure responsible handling of products

Follow all health & safety, hygiene and licensing regulations

Step in and support other Front of House areas when needed, contributing to the overall guest experience
