Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage declaration reports for individual customers, ensuring precision and compliance.

• Perform gross margin, sales, and profitability analyses for products and customers, identifying opportunities to drive business performance.

• Managing forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and efficiency improvements, supporting strategic decision-making.

• Conduct cash flow analyses and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and ensure effective decision-making.

• Guide and assist local controlling teams in Germany, ensuring alignment with BU-level goals.

• Handle all local controlling tasks, from a strategic, cross-country Business Unit perspective.

• Lead the onboarding of new countries into the BU's controlling framework and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions.

• Collaborate on and drive projects that improve operational and financial processes across the organization.

What You Bring:

• Solid professional experience in controlling, finance, or a similar role, ideally within the customs, logistics, or international trade sectors.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with SAP software (ideally S4Hana).

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

• A structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to tackle complex financial challenges.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with local controlling teams and cross-functional projects.

• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for different audiences.

• Fluency in English.
