What You Can Expect:
Location: Holzwickede or Bangkok
- Create and drive sales strategies by analyzing client portfolios, segmenting them by their sustainability readiness, and tailoring the approach for each group.
- Translate complex sustainability technical features into compelling, easy‑to‑understand sales narratives that directly address customer business challenges.
- Build a comprehensive sales toolkit and communication plan to equip the broader commercial team for success.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill the sales force, ensuring they can confidently communicate our sustainable value proposition to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them integrate new sustainable solutions into their supply chains to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Lead the sustainability component of RFQs, crafting competitive, high‑scoring responses that align Rhenus’s capabilities with customer sustainability targets and using frontline sales feedback to inform future product development.
What You Bring:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Commercial, Key Account Management, or Sales Support role, preferably within the logistics or B2B service sector. Prior experience in a customer sustainability role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing tenders/RFQs and creating sales enablement content.
- Fluent in English (Business Level) is mandatory. Additional languages are advantageous for regional support.
